After just completing a week's Fork lift truck training on 24th January 2020, at Excell, I have to say they are the most friendly and welcoming team you can meet.

They made us feel at ease straight away, training was easy to understand, if anyone struggled they went the extra mile to make sure everyone passed, by offering 1-1 where possible.

I would highly recommend Excell, and Tina the Director certainly looks after her staff.

4 years ago I made one of the best decision in my life of getting 5 day Counter balance course with them. We studied from the booklet watching videos and power points presentations. It is very enjoyable to study with them. The tutor was great, he had a good balance of being serious and laid back. After successfully done the course I was recommended at my workplace to work as a team leader (I think due to this missing qualification) and since I got the position I could afford to have a car.  It was huge life improvement for me.

Not so long ago I had my refresher with them we watched videos and had new booklet more thinner than the previous but it was enough to refresh my memory what I should and shouldn't be doing with the f.l.t. we had practice on the truck and then the test. Again another great experience.

If you go with them I don't think you will regret your money as long as you study the materials they give you.
